Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (US$12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping: For orders over US$50 via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after processing
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly serve customers across North America, Europe, and worldwide. Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver to Asia or select remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes according to local regulations.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our Salt Lake City warehouse. This will allow you to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Why does my tracking information show no movement?
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification. If no movement is shown after this period, contact us at [email protected].
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times by financial institutions vary.
