Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Alliedbas Shop, we take pride in delivering premium kitchen hardware with the same attention to detail we apply to our customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of cabinet pulls, knobs, or other kitchen essentials, we offer a straightforward returns process for your convenience.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened kitchenware items cannot be returned. Custom-ordered kitchen cabinets and wine storage units are final sale due to their bespoke nature.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return (see template below).
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Package Securely: Repackage items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Salt Lake City facility at your expense (see address below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • Additional charges may apply if the new item has a higher value
  • Price differences will be refunded if the new item costs less

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

Note: For international returns (outside the U.S.), please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid duties. We cannot refund original customs fees or return shipping costs for international orders.
