Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened kitchenware (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-ordered kitchen cabinets (made-to-order)
  • Wine storage units (custom specifications)

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our facility at your expense:

International Returns: Mark packages as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms. Original customs fees and return shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement after processing your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (additional charges or refunds as needed)

Damaged or Defective Items

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
